The Odisha Assembly of Small and Medium Enterprises (OASME) would celebrate foundation day and organise 32nd annual convention, “Odisha MSME Meet-2018”, at the Idcol Auditorium here on August 12 and 13.
Four national-level seminars named “Role of IPR in technology commercialization for MSMEs and startups”, “Technology assistance to food processors on food
preservation and hygienic packaging”, “Ease of doing business and public procurement policy for MSMEs” and “Resources and opportunities for food processing industries in Odisha” would be organised.
Finance Minister Shashi Bhusan Behera will inaugurate the convention. MSME Minister Prafulla Samal, NSIC ltd CMD Ravindra Nath, MSME ACS lN Gupta, Industries Principal Secretary Sanjeev Chopra would attend, among others.
Successful MSME entrepreneurs, women entrepreneurs, industry promotional officers and mother plants would be felicitated with the OASME Award -2018.
