The Odisha Tourism received an award from the Union Ministry of Tourism as the Best State for taking initiative under Hunar Se Rozgar Yojana for 2011-12.
At a function in New Delhi on Friday, Union Tourism Minister Dr K Chiranjeevi presented the award to Odisha Tourism Department Principal Secretary Ashok Kumar Tripathy.
Under the Hunar Se Rozgar Yojana, unemployed youth are trained for various hospitality-related skills.
