The Health Department called a meeting with an Odisha Nursing Employees’ Association delegation at the Lok Seva Bhawan (State Secretariat) here on Friday under chairmanship of Health Minister Naba Kishore Das.
In the meeting, the association members presented their three-point charter of demands which include regularising the temporary staffs, revising the basic pay and promotion at right time.
Department Secretary Dr Pramod Kumar Meherda directed Additional Secretary Guhapunam Tapas Kumar to form an anomaly committee for revising the basic pay.
