NTPC, Darlipali, Sundargarh, Head of Project AK Tandon launched a mobile health clinic under community development of NTPC Darlipali for better healthcare of people in the peripheral villages.
Tandon, along with senior officials and CMO of NTPC Darlipali and the Sarpanches of nearby villages flagged off the mobile health clinic accompanied with two doctors including a lady doctor and three paramedical staffs and a nurse.
The health clinic would ensure better medical facilities at doorstep, free-of-cost access to medical consultation along with free medicines. The medically-equipped vehicle would give major emphasis on reproductive health services such as antenatal and postnatal care along with other minimum test facilities.
The clinic would operate for 24 days in a month and cover more than 25 villages of different gram panchayats like Darlipali, Raidihi, Laikera, Loising, Rajpur, Godmal, Chandnimal and J Raiboga.
