The Indian Metals Public Charitable Trust (IMPaCT), managed by the IMFA Group, has invited nominations for the prestigious Ekalabya Puraskar, 2014. This is an annual sports award for outstanding young sportsperson of Odisha which carries a cash prize of Rs 2 lakh.
Interested candidates should send their nominations through sports organisations, boards, associations, universities, colleges and schools within the State and the candidates must not exceed 25 years of age as on March 31, 2014.
The candidates are requested to clearly mention their proof of age, events, performance history at State, national and international level sports competitions in the past two years from April 2012 to March 2014, fully supported by evidence.
The nominations must reach Ekalabya Puraskar, IMFA Trust Bomikhal Bhubaneswar-751010 latest by May 31, 2014. Alternatively, nominations can be e-mailed to ekalabya@imfa.in in which case the supporting documents must be sent separately to the postal address mentioned above.
