In the wake of the resurgence of Covid-19, there would be no physical hearings of second appeals and complaints before the Odisha Information Commission (OIC) from April 15.Parties to appeals and complaints should send their written submissions counters and rejoinders to the commission either through registered post, speed post or by e-mail at Odishasoochana@nic.in or by Fax No. 0674 -2571401 well ahead of the date of hearings.
Invariably in all communications, relevant references such as case, name case number and name of court are to be mentioned. Parties desirous of being heard may indicate same in written submissions.
