Hema Gamang, the angry wife of former Chief Minister Giridhar Gamang, finally failed to get a chance to fulfil her desire to settle score with her husband.
The ruling BJD on Tuesday nominated Hema Gamang for the laxmipur Assembly seat in Koraput district and not for the Koraput lok Sabha constituency, where her husband Giridhar Gamang is the Congress candidate.
Giridhar Gamang had earlier commented that he would fight against her estranged wife as his party is more important for him than his family.
Hema Gamang, a former MP and a former MlA of the Congress, defected to the BJD a couple of days ago.
