The 29th Annual General Meeting of the National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), Utkal Chapter, was held in Nalco’s HRD Centre of Excellence here under the chairmanship of Utkal Chapter chairman and Nalco’s Executive Director (H&A) Ashok Kumar Sahu.
On the occasion, Shyamabandhu Misra Gold Medal for excellence in HR was presented to HR head of DSCOMS (Odisha) RK Panda for his extraordinary contributions to the profession of HR.
Kunmun Swain and Subhasree Sasmita Panigrahi were selected to receive HR scholarship for topping the MA (PM&IR) in Utkal and Berhampur University respectively.
The Annual Report was presented by NIPM Utkal Chapter secretary Amiya Patnaik and the audited account of the Chapter was presented by treasurer of the Chapter Partha Nandy. A magazine ‘Personnel Focus’ was released to mark the occasion.
