A six-member team of city-based Niladrivihar Youth and Cultural Association led by its president Prakash Chandra Panigrahi met the State Tourism and Culture Minister Ashok Panda at his residence here on Sunday.
The association members appraised the Minister about various activities, including overnight cultural shows involving local talents, being organised by the body for the last 21 years. The panel also apprised the Minister about the forthcoming Silver Jubilee celebration of the association to be held in 2018. A souvenir based on the association’s profile was also handed over to the Minister during the meeting.
Expressing his satisfaction over the activities of the body, Panda assured the members to look after the shortfalls and requirements of the association to make it more stable in the coming days.
