The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) Bhubaneswar has launched one-year continuing education (CE) programmes in Fashion Retail Management (FRM) and Garment Export Merchandising Management (GEMM) from the academic session of 2013-14.
According to the college authorities, online registrations for both these programmes are now open till June 26. Degree or diploma holders or 10+2 with industry experience are eligible to apply for these programmes.
These two programmes are specifically tailored to give boost to fashion education relevant to trade and commerce of textiles and garments of the State. All details regarding the CE programme and online counselling are available in the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) website.
For the first time, the NIFT Bhubaneswar is also conducting online students counselling for admission into different regular programmes of the NIFT in the Bhubaneswar centre along with all other National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) centres. It would greatly help the students from the State aspiring to join the NIFT choose their centre and programmes without travelling outside the State for counselling purpose, a NIFT Bhubaneswar release said.
