Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan expressed happiness and thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modia for approving a special subsidy policy pertaining to urea production through gasification at the Talcher Fertiliser Plant (TFL) in a Union Cabinet meeting held on Tuesday.
Pradhan in his tweet said this “historic” decision would pave way to promote indigenous urea production and bring down dependence on imported urea with import getting reduced by 12.7 lakh MT.“It will be a game changer for our farming community and would speed up economic activities in Jharkhand and Bihar besides Odisha,” dharmendra Pradhan added.
