BJP Mahila Morcha district president Babita Patra declared the names of presidents for different Mandals approved by State Morcha president Simantini Jena at meeting here on Friday.
BJP district president BK Swain urged the Morcha members to work unite for the party candidates in the district. The Morcha would visit village to village under each Mandal to involve more women into the BJP fold and decided to hold an executive body meeting of the newly constituted Morcha on January 24, Patra said.
Among others, district Morcha general secretary Itishree Panda, State Mahila Morcha member Bhanupriya Panigrahi, Senior Mahila Morcha leader and former Sarapanch Mamatamayee Rana, district BJP general secretary Gopinath Panda, district Yuva Morcha president Prabhat Kiran Sadangi, State Morcha secretary N Rajendra Kumar and youth leader Srikanta Padhi were present.
