Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik paid tributes to his father Biju Patnaik at his Samadhi at the Swargadwar crematorium on the death anniversary of Bijubabu on Wednesday.
A Sarbadharma prayer ceremony was held at the crematorium. On his arrival here, Patnaik was led by local MlA and Minister Maheswar Mohanty to the Swargadwar.
Hundreds of Biju Janata Dal activists went in a procession to the Swargadwar and paid rich tributes to Bijubabu. The Chief Minister was accompanied by MP Prasanna Patsani from Bhubaneswar.
