A day after his father and Jharkhand Mukti Mmorcha (JMM) patriarch Sibu Soren claimed his party is still a force to reckon with in Odisha’s Mayurbhanj district, Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Wednesday said his Odisha counterpart Naveen Patnaik is facing a “crisis of confidence”. Addressing election meetings in Mayurbhanj, Soren said, “The Odisha Chief Minister has lost the confidence of his party leaders. That is why he is poaching leaders from other parties, including the JMM.” Soren strongly accused the Odisha Government of failure to improve the condition of tribals.
