Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Thursday offered all possible help to the Bihar Government in tackling the flood situation in the State.
Patnaik made the offer while speaking to his Bihar counterpart Nitish Kumar over phone.
Notably, Bihar is reeling under the impact of one of the most devastating floods in its history.
