BJD supremo and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Thursday told party MPs what issues to be raised by them in both Houses of the Parliament.
Patnaik visited the party office at the Parliament to meet the MPs.
“The Chief Minister asked us to raise the State’s issues in the Parliament and also directed us to coordinate with various Union Ministers and the Prime Minister on the letters he has written to them,” said BJD Parliamentary Party leader in lok Sabha Bhartuhari Mahtab.
Patnaik also met several leaders at the Central Hall of the Parliament.
The ruling BJD has 28 MPs, 20 in lok Sabha and eight in Rajya Sabha.
