Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Sunday congratulated US President-elect Joe Biden and Vice-President-elect Kamala Harris on their securing the mandate in the US elections 2020.
Patnaik took to the Twitter to extend his best wishes and hoped that India-US friendship would grow stronger during their tenure and the two biggest democracies of the world work together for making the world a better place to live in.
