Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik got emotional in Rome, Italy, on Friday and tears rolled down his eyes after hearing the life struggle of a Sambalpur boy, Seshadev Kisan, who is pursuing higher studies and engaged in research in Germany.
On Sheshadev’s request, Patnaik had helped him pursue his higher study with both financial and moral support in 2018.
Seshadev was narrating his story to Patnaik on stage when the latter was interacting with Odias of different parts of Europe.
Seshadev hailing from a poor family struggled hard to get his present position.
