Naveen can't complete this term: Bijay

Senior BJP leader Bijay Mohpatra on Monday asserted that the Naveen Patnaik Government would not last for five years this time. “The alarming quantum of scams and corruptions committed during Naveen’s regime was never seen in the history of the State. While an MP and an MlA are in jail, there is possibility of many more of MlAs and Ministers and even the BJD chief to be dragged to jail in chit fund scam. This indicates that the Naveen Govt will not last for five years,” Mohapatra, who visited the town to review party’s membership drive, told reporters here.

BJP Gajapati district president Tripati Nayak, Manas Ranjan Biswal, Siddheswar Mishra, Bari Bada, Barika Jena welcomed Mohapatra at the meeting held in Ward 1. Mohapatra said the visit of BJP national prez Amit Shah would help the party to garner more supporters. The BJP will collect 30 lakh members by March 2015 and would emerge as a largest party of the State, he said.
