leader of the Opposition in the Odisha legislative Assembly Narasingha Mishra on Monday met Governor Dr SC Jamir and discussed with him several issues of the State.
Sourced said Mishra discussed with the Governor about different problems affecting health and education sectors of the State. Mishra raised issues like infrastructure, teacher shortage and shortcomings of quality teaching.
When contacted the Congress leader dubbed it as a courtesy visit after become the leader of the Opposition in the Assembly. As his health condition was not good, he could not meet the Governor before, he added.
