Aluminium major Nalco organised a meet for its Odisha-based customers here on Saturday, the first one in a series of customers' meets planned across the country.
Addressing the new 'Growth in Togetherness' series, Nalco CMD Dr Tapan Kumar Chand said that to evolve a robust marketing strategy in order to remain competitive in a sluggish metal market, vital inputs from the Nalco's customers are a must. Some customers are with the company since its very launch of products. Their brand loyalty and market intelligence would go a long way in strategising the Nalco's moves in both domestic and international markets, Dr Chand opined.
Nalco Director (Commercial) Soma Mondal and GM (Marketing) Sadashiv Samantray also addressed the gathering. During the interactive session, other directors of the company also chipped in with vital information.
