After Kendrapada Municipality Vice-Chairman and Councillors, the name of the Pattamundai NAC Vice-Chairman is found figured in the list of NFSA beneficiaries.
According to information, a ration card has been issued in the name of Nadini Patra, wife Pattamundai NAC VC Sumanta Patra.
After this came to the fore, tBJP Pattamundai unit president Padmanav Panda has submitted a memorandum to the NAC Executive Officer (EO), demanding stern action against Patra and errant officials for adding name of the ineligible person in the NFSA list.
When contacted, EO Bijay Kumar Nayak said he has started an inquiry into the alleged matter and would take action after the inevestigaion.
