The National Association for the Blind (NAB), India and the OCB Odisha jointly organised a two-day third State-level Banani Memorial Blind Women’s Cricket Tournament here.
In the finals, the Abhinna Sundar School, Bhadrak defeated the Ranipatna School, Baleswar by scoring 90 runs and losing seven wickets.
Former ZP Member Dr Behera, Utkal Blind Cricket Association secretary Dr Sisir Kumar Das, Ladies’ Protection Trust VP Ramakant Swain, late Banani Patnaik’s father Damodar Patnaik, Former IAS Officer Pramod Kumar Patnaik, NAB, Odisha general secretary Ajay Kumar Samal and Priyabrata Panda attended as guests.
The guests felicitated the winner and runners up teams with trophies. Trilochan Behura and Kishore Kumar Baliarsingh coordinated the tournament.
