Photographic circle Mushroom celebrated the World Photography Day by organising a photo walk from the Bhaskareswar temple to the Brahmeswar temple on Friday.
Mushroom members along with photography enthusiasts of the city participated in the walk, which began with a presentation given by photographer Siddhartha De. De spoke about the photography and basic technical details of camera and its handling procedure.
The participants clicked the temples from different angles. led by renowned wildlife photographer Sumon Sinha, the group walked down to the Bhaskareswar temple.
Sinha shared his experiences of photography and said, “The equipments are not so important as the persons behind it.” Photography not only freezes moments but proliferates friendship, he added. Srikrishna Das gave a vote of thanks and said about the Mushroom and its activities.
