Due to safety related modernisation work between Rairakhol and Bamur and Handapa and Boinda stations under Sambalpur division on April 29, the East Coast Railway (ECoR) has short terminated some trains. The modernisation work would be done for insertion of RCC boxes in connection with limited Height Subway (lHS) work.
According to a Press release issued by the ECoR, the Rourkela-Puri passenger scheduled to leave Rourkela on April 29 will be short terminated at Sambalpur and will return as Puri-Rourkela passenger from Sambalpur. Similarly, Puri-Rourkela passenger scheduled to leave Puri on Wednesday would be short terminated at Angul and return as Rourkela-Puri passenger from Angul. Rourkela-Puri-Rourkela passenger would remain cancelled between Sambalpur and Angul from both the directions. While Bhubaneswar-Rourkela Inter City Express scheduled to leave Bhubaneswar at 12.40 pm would be rescheduled by one hour on Wednesday.IJ
