Padmapur BJP MlA Pradip Purohit has urged Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik and Assembly Speaker Niranjan Pujari to greet the Utkal Bikasha Juba Parisada, a team which is carrying out a nation-wide Netaji Subhas Janma Mati Yatra on Netaji’s patriotism and the Azad Hind Fouz’s heroic fight.
The MlA urged them to felicitate the team members in the Assembly premises during the ongoing Monsoon Session.
Purohit in his letter to the CM and the Speaker stated that Odisha has internationally achieved its second identity as Netaji Subhas’s birth place after lord Jagannatha land.
The yatra which started its journey from January 16 from Cuttack under the Parisada president Debiprasad Prusti has covered 11 States so far.
