The Kujang police recovered a body of a missing engineering student, identified as Laxmikanta Nayak, from a farm house near the Mahanadi river on Saturday.
Nayak hailed from Patapur village and had been reported missing since Thursday. His bike had been spotted near the Kujang farmhouse. Later, fire brigade and ODRF teams launched a search operation in the Mahanadi but failed to trace him. However, a few fishermen while fishing in the river found the body floating on Saturday.
