Manab Patnaik, an employee of the Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Odisha unit here who had gone missing from June 9 morning returned home safely on Sunday, police sources said.
According to reports, Manab had gone to Kolkata without informing anyone at home or in the office. He returned home on Sunday along with a friend, family members said.
The Infocity police said the actual reason behind the techie’s week-long disappearance can be ascertained only after interrogating him thoroughly. Manab, who is married, stays with his family at Prashanti Vihar under the Infocity police limits.
