Erasama-Balikuda legislator Prashant Muduli organised a meeting at Dasabatia under Balikuda block on the sidelines of inauguration of a slew of projects on Sunday.
Revenue Minster Surjya Narayan Patro inaugurated the projects including a building of Arilo Panchayat, Rajiv Bhawans at Balikuda headquarters and Baramundali gram panchayat and an Anganwadi centre at Sadeipur. He also addressed a public meeting. Patro highlighted the ongoing pro poor developmental works of the BJD Government and praised Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik for his able leadership. Collector SK Mallick, Balikuda block Chairman Babita Swain, BDO lagnajit Rout, ZP members Bijay Das, Sabitri Gochhayat, Bidulata Biswal, BJD leaders Nimain Swain, Surendra Mohanty and Kamalakanta Mohapatra spoke on the occasion. Muduli presided over the meeting. Sources informed that Minister Patro was taken to the meeting by a massive motor cycle rally from Sadeipur where about 10,000 BJD supporters from Erasama and Balikuda area participated.
