The State Assembly on Monday witnessed uproarious scenes over Food Supplies and Consumer Affairs Minister Sanjay Kumar Dasburma’s name figuring in the list of builders who have constructed illegal buildings.
Raising the issue during the Zero Hour, leader of the Opposition Narasingha Mishra (Congress) demanded a statement on the issue by either the Chief Minister or the departmental Minister since the inclusion of a Minister’s name is a serious issue.
Dasburma’s name had figured in the list of builders who have constructed buildings in contravention of rules given by Housing and Urban Development Minister Pushpendra Singh Deo in the Assembly on Saturday, Mishra pointed out.
