The Bhapur Community Health Centre (CHC) in association with the Zilla Swasthya Samiti, Nayagarh organised a mentally-challenged people’s identification and treatment camp here on Friday. Khordha District Headquarters Hospital’s Dr Alok Sahu (Psychiatrist), Nayagarh DHH Dr Naushat Ali Khan and Sandhyarani Mahapatra assessed the visitors and indentified the patients. Besides, Asha Workers visited different blocks and identified the patients and send to the camp.
As many as 22 patients were identified and were directed for medication with medicines by the doctors. Among others, Health workers Pramod Kumar Nanda, Santosh Kumar Das, Asit Kumar Sahu, Sapneswar Sahu, Ashok Kumar Sahu and Pharmacist Pramod Kumar Behera were present.
