The Bhubaneswar Branch of EIRC of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India organised a study circle meeting on ‘Income Declaration Scheme (IDS) 16: Opportunity not to be Missed’ here on Saturday.
Income Tax Principal Commissioner Pradosh Chandra Mohanty inaugurated the meeting. Income Tax Principal Commissioner Ashok Kumar Satapathy was present as guest of honour. CA Amit Kumar Agarwalla and CA Chiranjeebi Jena were present as guests.
CA Braja Kishore Mahapatra was present as chief speaker and deliberated on Income Declaration Scheme and its salient features.
Pradosh Chandra Mohanty and Ashok Kumar Satapathy stressed on important aspects of the IDS-2016 scheme and clarified various query in respect of the scheme and requested members to aware about the scheme to all the stakeholders as the scheme comes to an end onSeptember 30.
More than 100 Chartered Accountants were present. CA Sugyan Sahoo coordinated the programme.
