A State-level seminar on ‘CSR and Inclusive Growth’ was organised here on Saturday by the Odisha CSR Forum and the Industrial Energy ltd (IEl) in collaboration with the Tata Power Company ltd.
Retired IAS Officer Debabrata Kantha, Prof Gurucharan Patro, forum’s convenor BK Mishra, Tata Power’s Group Head (CSR) DK Sahoo and IEl’s CEO Vijayant Ranjan were present as guests in the inaugural session.
Panel discussions on Role of CSR and its Practices, Skill Development and Employability and livelihood and Sustainability were held. leading Companies of the State shared their CSR activities and learning.
A souvenir on CSR and Inclusive Growth was also unveiled on the occasion. Practicing CSR professionals, representatives of civil society, NGOs and academicians participated in the day-long programme.
