A meeting of controlling heads of banks operating in Bhubaneswar was organised here by Banking Codes and Standards Board of India (BCSBI) on Tuesday wherein a large number of controlling heads and bank executives of all major banks attended.
The meeting was addressed by BCSBI Chairman AC Mahajan, chief executive officer N Raja, Banking Ombudsman for Odisha BK Mishra, SBI local head office Chief General Manager KM Trivedi.
On the occasion, BCSBI chairman highlighted the importance of creating awareness about various provisions of the codes evolved by BCSBI, for Individual customers as well as for micro and small enterprises (MSE) customers.
