A bidders’ meet was organised at the headquarters of the Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) here on Monday providing a platform to external stakeholders – materials and service providers – to discuss various issues of system improvements in various procedures for mutual benefit.
Director (Personnel) LN Mishra chaired the meeting which was attended by Director (Technical/Projects and Planning) OP Singh and Chief Vigilance Officer Munawar Khursheed.
Khursheed welcomed the participants and gave a brief account on the activities being undertaken during the Vigilance Awareness Week of the company.
Meanwhile, Mishra also administered the pledge of integrity to all the participants, who were lively in discussions on various topics of business operations.
While the bidders gave their suggestions, they were also clarified by experts on various issues.
Earlier, the Director (personnel) administered integrity pledge to all the officers and staff while the CVO administered integrity pledge to the faculty members and the students of Indian Institute of Management, Sambalpur.
