Four of the seven Assembly constituencies under the Mayurbhanj lok Sabha seat are all set to witness tough fights between the BJD and the BJP candidates in the April 17 polls.
The constituencies are Joshipur (ST), Saraskana(ST), Rairangpur (ST), Bangriposi (ST), Karanjia (ST), Udala (ST), Badasahi (SC), Baripada (ST) and Morada. The campaigning and road shows held across the district indicate that the BJD and the BJP candidates will lock horns in Rairangpur, Bangiripose, Udala and Morada seats.The BJP candidates are in a better position in the four seats amidst Modi wave. We expect that there would be close fight between BJD and BJP candidates this time these seats, feel some political observers.
