Dr Devashis Marandi did so for the Lok Sabha constituency on behalf of the BJD.
Workers of both the parties came out in large numbers to express their support to their respective party candidates and to show their massive strength in the town.
While BJP MLA candidates Prakash Soren, Sugda Murmu, Dr Krushna
Chandra Mohapatra and Sanatan Bijuli from Baripada, Bangriposi, Morada and Badasahi, respectively, filed their nominations, BJD MLA candidates Sarojini
