Board examinations of Classes-X and XII students would be held in the State in the current academic year after conduct of classes for at least three months, informed School and Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash on Wednesday. Speaking to mediapersons, the Minister said, “There might be delay, but both the Matric and Plus-II annual examinations will be held in this academic year.
After holding of classes for a minimum of three months, arrangements will be made for both the exams.”However, if the Central Government decides not to conduct both the board examinations, the Odisha Government may also follow the same, he said.
