Suspected Maoists late on Tuesday night thrashed to death a villager of Kuaghar in Kandhamal district after branding him as a police informer.. Biswambhar Kanhar was dragged out of his house a late night and beaten to death.. The Red rebels accused Biswambhar of passing on information to Kandhamal SP Kanwar Vishal Singh about their movements, reports said.. Further, before killing him, the Maoists accused Biswambhar of taking Rs50,000 from the police for providing such information, the reports added.
