Police arrested a Maoist in Rayagada district on Friday afternoon. He has been identified as Bali Majhi of Kanjingimundi village, police sources said.
Police also seized a landmine from him. Majhi was involved in the torching of a Hitachi used for road construction work at Khambasi village in the district recently.
