The Dharmasala police have arrested a man for allegedly circulating an obscene video of a married woman in Jajpur district.The accused, identified as Prashant Kumar Roul of Bhuban village, was forwarded to court on Wednesday.
Roul had sent the objectionable video of the woman to one of his neighbours, a betel shop owner, and four others. The clip later went viral. As the woman came to know about the matter, she lodged a complaint with the Dharmasala police, following which cops apprehended Roul and forwarded him to court.
