like previous years, the Kerala Kala Samiti celebrated the Onam Sadhya with much fanfare here on Sunday. All Malayalees staying in the capital city have been celebrating the annual event to promote art, culture and heritage of Kerala.
On the occasion, nearly 25 varieties of food items of the Southern State were served on banana leaves to all Malayalees staying in the capital city. The dishes included Pulisseri, Olan, Aviyal, Sambar, Rasa and many more. 400 Kerala families took part in the event and exchanged ideas among themselves. The participants also discussed on how to strengthen their culture besides promoting it. People from other communities also joined the event and made the function more enjoyable.
