A two-day management development programme on leadership was held at the International Management Institute, Bhubaneswar (IMI-B) on Thursday and Friday with executives from the OHPC participating in it. The programme topics included interpersonal relationship, team building, communication managing conflict and motivational profile exercise. Prof Bhupen Srivastava and Dr Swarup Kumar Mohanty were the key resource persons.
In the inaugural programme, OHPC Director (HR) Rajesh Sharma emphasised the role of leadership in the present day fast-changing business scenario. In the valedictory session, Director of IMI, Bhubaneswar Prof Ramesh Behl presented certificates to the participants.
