Reportedly, Brajamohan Pradhan allegedly produced a fake court order copy and submitted it at the Jujumura police station to release a truck detained by cops following a road mishap on February 19.

Police sources said that on February 19, one Prem Kumar of Ichhapalli village was killed after his scooter was hit by a truck at Military Square near Basiapada on NH-55. In this connection, police had registered a case under Sections 297 and 304 of IPC, seized the truck and arrested driver Rajesh Singh. To release the truck, the vehicle owner contacted the lawyer of Bada Turang village seeking his help. The advocate allegedly produced a fake order copy of the SDJM Court with a duplicate signature and stamp and submitted it in the police station.
