: The Talcher Bar Association celebrated the 39th Law Day/ Constitution Day on November 26 here. District and Sessions Judge, Angul Pranab Kumar Patra and Civil Judge Senior Division, Talcher Babita Dash graced the occasion as the chief guest and guest of honour respectively.
Convener Jadumani Sahu presided over the meeting.
Senior lawyers like Arun Shankar Mishra and Debi Prasad Rath enlightened on the significance of the day.
Three lawyers of the bar namely Balaram Sahoo, Namita Singh and Prasanta Kumar Pradhan were honoured for completing 25 years of their active practice in the bar.
Lawyers Nerendra Kumar Naik and Manasi Barik were felicitated by Paramananda Mishra Trust as young promising lawyers. Registrar of Civil Court, Angul, Additional Civil Judge Senior Division, SDJM, JMFC, Talcher and mediapersons joined.
