Hundreds of members of the Hetubadi Manavbadi Sangathan here organised a roadside meeting near the Khallikote Cluster University on Thursday morning and registered their protest against the brutal killing of journalist-activist and Editor of Kanada Weekly
lankesh Patrike Gouri lankesh (55). They unanimously condemned the attack.
The activists of Manav Adhikar Suraksha Manch led by its convener Abani Gaya and a large number of scribes of Brahmapur attended and registered their protest against the brutal killing.
They also held a candle light rally in the city on Thursday evening.
Among others, ET Rao, Raja Suresh, Bhal Chandra Sadangi, Pitabas Panda, Shankar Sahu were present.
