The local Self-Government Day was celebrated in each NAC and municipality of Subarnapur district on Thursday. However, the day was observed without any permanent Executive Officer in Sonepur Municipality and Tarbha NAC.
There the function ended with distribution of some dresses to the workers. lots of primary problems likely drainage system, drinking water, street light etc remain there without any sincere effort to sort them out.
