Protesting failure in providing medical facility, road connectivity and mobile communication, the people of Maoist-hit Bandhugaon of Koraput district staged demonstration for 8 hours on Bandhugaon-Ghat road.
They demanded better medical facility, doctor recruitment, providing BSNl service in the Bandhugaon area, repair of the road connecting Galipendili to Rupkona junction, among others. If the demands are not met immediately, the agitation will be intensified, they warned.
