A married woman of Bada Tubi village under the Jamboo police station in Kendrapada district on Monday alleged that a Government primary school teacher has been harassing her by sending lewd messages to her mobile continuously. Victim Kajalprava Mandal has lodged an FIR in the Jamboo PS in this regard. She said Ranjit Mandal, a teacher of the Khola UP School and also a fellow villager, has been sending lewd SMSs and passing vulgar comments at her for a few months now. Mandal along with brother Bhola Mandal too attacked her and her family members as they opposed his act, the woman stated in the FIR. Police said they have started conducting inquiry into the alleged matter.
