The OCl India limited, makers of Konark Cement, has launched an android app in Bhubaneswar to help dealers place orders through mobile phones.
With thos app named ‘Suvidha’, dealers can also track delivery status online, delays if any, billing details and other commercial activities. Developed exclusively for the dealers of Konark and Dalmia Cement, the app has been launched with four dealers in the initial phase. The company aims to include other dealers with further progress.
OCl India Zonal Business Head (Cement Marketing Division) Abinash Mishra said, “The new app is an approach to align ourselves with modern technology and bring order booking to finger tips of our consumers. Ordering through the app will eliminate two to three steps of the conventional order booking process.”
